1. my attendance and punctuality before was pretty pathetic to be honest. but recently ive tried my best to show up to almost every class despite the fact that i have a lot going on outside of school considering i work and babysit frequently. ive always had a problem with being on time but ive tried to improve it. although i couldve improved on it more. i always have my gym strip and and when it comes to actually doing the activities i go full out. after all these years ive learned that games are much more enjoyable for everyone if teamwork is involved and especailly when everyone can get together and make a plan on how they want to play. but even though i dont attend class always but i make sure that whenever i come i try my best. and i think it looks evident.

2. im a very social person so getting to cooperate with all different personalities is natural to me. i like to make sure the people around me enjoy just as much as i do. like when we play team games against others. i really enjoy having some team work going on and actually doing good in games. although i feel like i myself am sometimes unsure of the way some games work so i cant really take leadership in those kinda of situations. like i help set up teams when we play volleyball and stuff and i try to go on teams that kind of need an extra push and help them. its also fun for me too because i get learn about others.

3.  ive been staying active for a few years now, i like to do new things that challenge me physically. like i used to play soccer, then swimming, and dance, boxing, and now weight lifting. im really starting to focus on how my physique appears and how i feel. im starting to keep an eye on the food i eat now more than before, like i watch for my calories. i also like drinking a lot of water. eating healthy just feels good. my weight challenge is to get to 160 and be lean with muscle. i used pe 12 as a tool to get in my cardio and everything which has really helped me in my goals. later on in life i wish to have a lean body with decent muscle. nothing too big. the only " injuries " i have is my elbow, which sometimes hurts when i workout.

4. my beep test score was not good too good at the beginning like i got a 9 but then i worked up and put some more cardio into my weightlifting routines and i got upto 10.2. even though i was bulking. i learnt many new games like the game where we played volleyball in which we had to switch each time someone on our side hit. i really like the game and the competitive nature it had with it.

all in all i reflected and look back i was doing real bad in the first part of the semester and i was really naive for thinking i deserved 83, but now that ive actually tried to put everything aside and show upto class very often with a positive atitude i feel like i deserve a 73.

wHAT i ThiNK aBouT MeeEE

I will try my best to be completely honest. first of all ill list the positive points i have. i almost always participate in the games that we play and i usually focus on making the games more fun not only just for me but for the people playing with me as well. for example if i feel like someone is not getting the ball enough i try my best to give them great oppurtunities to score, and i gave gym advice in the weight room to a kid whos in grade 8. He said he just started working out so i gave him some tips and advice on how to prevent the injuries and mistakes i made earlier. I usually always have a positive attitude in the class and since my fitness goal is to get ripped, i really use the workouts and fitness activites we do in class towards my cardio. Now to talk about the negative things it is that i tend to get late to class a lot. but ive been trying to fix that lately. but right now i feel like im at a high B (83%) but im trying to fix up my bad habits and ill try to achieve an A!

Fitness level
Beep test: 9
T test: 11 secs
Plank: 1 min
Sit and reach: tip of my fingers
Balance board: 5 times in 30 secs
Vertical jump: 50

I usually always enjoy the activities we have in our class. Especially like the soccer corner game thing and dodgeball! I always like the challenges we face in the games too and I always try to pass the ball and give equal opportunities to the girls. Overall, I try pretty hard in this class considering the fact that I always participate. I'm always in class and have my strip on. Though however I am usually sort of late to class and I'm trying to fix that by eating a little faster at subway. I'm so far trying to clean my diet and it's going well I'm eating my vegebatles and eggs and other proteins to lean out. Outside of school I workout and stuff. So my goal is to get much leaner by the end of this course.

Personal profile

I registered for this course because I want to get more cardio and stuff in and have fun. My favourite part of pe are the field trips. They're always fun and challenging. My previous best on a beep test is 11.8.  I am currently lifting a lot of weights at the gym (YMCA). I'll try to not eat too much before this class and Ill he good. My eating habits aren't too bad. I try to fit in as much of protein as I can. I wanna do more cardio and stuff that's actually fun. I wanna be more lean and vascular. It would nice if u could go over certain diets that are good for cutting.. So I wanna be ripped by the time this class ends. An I just look forward to learning more about being a leader and stuff

reflection continued

almost everyday I've arrived to class within the first 15 mins with my proper gym strip and pumped up adrenaline. Fitness days are where i feel like i prosper and excel the most.  especially the days when we're running outside or doing the indoor large gym fitness activities. Despite being side tracked here and there soemtimes I've pretty much put in most of my effort. However the days when  there would be a substitute where we weren't quite doing anything have been somewhat of a struggle for me. considering the fact that it gets boring fast and that most of the students decide to start swearing out loud, ignore the T.O.C and wander off. although i tried to set up a few games here and there and try to tell a few people to tone down the swearing, whereas ive toned my swearing down by a landslide too. With the class, i try to keep a cheerful and enthusiastic attitude. Wtih the other guys my approach is playful and fun as well. I tried to include the girls in the class in the games we played as well. On fitness day most of the boys did there best too ! I put a lot of sweat into most of the days we had gym , especially on fitness days. I just loved the days we'd go on field trips such as the grouse grind. My fitness goal for the rest of the year is to cut up on the fat a bit and continue increasing my strength and have a good cardiovascular system. In my opinion, leadership means the capability of one to do as much as he or she can do keep his or her follow classmates in check and in positivity ! for example, motivating others to push themselves more in the weightroom or even organizing a game.  A couple of people that stand out aside from me in our class is liam and brandon for sure because they  usually help set up the gym, theyre done their work on time and they play very postively in the class! My improvements for next year would be to come to class even more earlier and help out with the teacher a bit more. however i feel like i do deserve not the highest of an A yet a good 86% considering the amount of effort and my positive attitude towards the class !

overview

For my overview of P.E grade 11 I'd like to say that this has been THE best p.e class I've had.  Whether it's the group activities we did in class, or when we went to field trips, it was all so amazing.  I loved the grouse grind (first time for me) , cross fit was a gift too, and mount seymor was just such a blessing to have gone to.  the beautiful view and especially the workout it gave was so surreal.  Not to forget the fitness days we had were really fun too and i did push myself at times. I also learned to tone down my swearing and all too. although i hate ms phillips for rejecting me numerous times... actually i still love her and i hope she does too.  but as a first time experience with neuf, i cant even hesitate to say that i've had the most fun and exciting p.e class with him.
