what we see

1)  Everyday, but yesterday in gerneral I noticed something that commonly occurs in every class but however it was more clearer due to the fact that you, neuf weren't there.  I'll be completely honest, yesterday was one of my worst P.E classes considering that my right calf was cramping up and hurting so i sat a little less than half the class on the side. I also noticed that the ruthless guys were really trying and participating in the game but unfortunatley  were swearing a little too much and playing that annoying app a bit. aside from that, mostly everyone tried and played except the girls could have done more, amd the 'nice' guys couldve tried more.


2)  for the most part the class likely saw the same , however they might've seen a kid BSing and just sitting off because he's too lazy to play. but i actually was hurt so i know I wasn't trying to avoid playing. the girls like always probably thought most of the guys as the clowns we act like.

3)I feel sorry for the TOC because unlike you, he doesn't understand or know us like you do. Looking through his eyes, he was probably horrified.  the way the guys were swearing and not listening would've angered and frusturated him. Now Im not trying to exlude myself from the immaturity, but yesterday i did not swear or anything. i was kind of out of zone and focused on reducing the agony of my cramping leg. but if he got to know us , oribably things would be easier for all of us.

4)  i think neuf sees a group of potential kids whom some need a little push amd some who need a lot of help.  in my opinion, neuf could see guys who need to stop swearing but focus more on their workouts.

5) I feel like I don't do enough to make class better for others and myself. its not like i dont do anything because i try to help out the others who are lost or who dont know what theyre doing (weightroom). Yesterday I just talked to him briefly on his background and his day. I could've gave him an insight on how most of the class were , like how us guys tend to swear a lot and goof off sometimes. i was however on time yesterday !

what do you want? re:

1)     Last day we were in the weightroom, so i took the liberty of doing any workout consisting any excercises i wanted to do my back and biceps.  I did excercises such as the lat pull downs,  chin-ups, bent-over rows, and seated-cable rows for my lats, rear-delt and the other muscles on my back. i managed to do 120 lbs for about 7 reps for 3 sets of each excercise.  I did 3 various ways of lat-pull down such as widegrip-pull-downs, close grip underhand pull downs and i also used the close grip handle as well to focus on my inner-back.  I did the same with my chin-ups. Also, i did some excercises concentrating on my biceps only such as concentration curls, barbell curls and hammer curls. I used a moderate weight which was slightly heavier than i usually use. i did around 7 reps of 3 sets of each excercise.


2)       Due to the fact that ive done boxing this summer i did boxing, i got very lean so im gaining my strength and size at the moment. So im trying to give a lot of attention to my major muscle groups to get them stronger such as my back. I usually get my plans and tips from twinmuscleworkout (hodgetwins aka TMW). I feel like they are very helpful and they are pretty experienced ! their advice works! i also get a lot of help from a few of my friends and from my dad. I try to stay persistent and safe!


3)  my workout went well because i feel really sore today in my back region and my biceps ! It was worth it but there were too many people crowded on one machine so it went a little long. but it was a good workout ! i increased some weight from my last time too.

pe interm

1.  In my opinion, i have been pretty successful at preparing for class. For example, I always bring my gym strip and as far as i know i have no absences. Im only late when i have to stay and get help for other classes, othen than that im in class on time fully prepared.

2.   On a daily basis , i think i have a good level exertion. Fitness days however, are the days when I excert to the fullest of my capabilities. I guess its the mindset of going as hard as i can evryday that motivates me. Although sometimes on choice fitness days I slack a bit but after a very hard workout. I think it's also the high amount of energy i have that makes me want to do my best or close to my best.

3.      I try to keep the energy of me and my peers high by being enthusiastic, however probably due to the fact that there are so many boys in our class i tend to not thinkabout what i say. or in other words, my language is a little harsh. Although, i have never bullied and or hurt anyone. never offended anyone either and also i have toned down the bad language!

4.  I have tried to do all the practicr and work I can to do as well as i can , and i always try to make sure no ones feeling too down or sad. I think i bring some positivity and fun to the table which makes others more comfortable and open around me.  I also socialize a lot which makes me get to know other people. Teachers however usually dont appreciate this as much.

5.  My goalsfor this class are simple and clear, i want to be virtually fit. I want to be stronger and improve a lot on my cardio.  For accomplishing this, im trying my best during classes and putting my all into fitness days. i also am lifting weights with a good plan and a fairly healthy and good diet.

6.  I learnt a lot about my cardiovascular limitations. i have a better understanding of how i need to pace myself during runs and beep tests. i also know how far and fast i can go.

7.  in my opinion , something around 86% would be reasonable. why ? because i feel like i am more smart and strategic as to how to get more gains in my fitness.

8.   i obviously feel like i can improve, for example after my workouts i can do some cardio or join whatever game is being played downstairs the weightroom.

last few trips

I feel like our past trips we've been to so far has made our p.e class be much more exciting and intense.  For example, our grouse grind trip was both exciting and challenging. the view of the area there helped me concentrate more and breathe better.  the golf trip was also really fun due to the fact that most of us had no clue on how you actually hit a golfball ! but swimming yesterday wasnt too bad either. i hadnt swam for like a couple of months and it felt good to get back in the pool. i feel like we need some field trips like that to keep us refreshed and motivated to do more! these last few trips were good workouts too.


The apple (I) generation helps a lot of people, in fact its become a crucial part of our lives. i probably spend most of my day an my ipod touch.  it aids me in entertainment and my hw. for example if i get stuck on my school work, i can just use it to google whatever i need to do.

FIRST SIX WEEKS REVIEW

         These first six weeks of p.e have been interesting. most of the activities we've done so far have been challenging and fun. Whether it's giving your all in a beep test to if its climbing an almost 3000 ft mountain ! I have certainly been giving my best so far except for these last couple of days.  probably because i've been feeling a little sick. however i'm feeling good again so it's time to get back on track! I really like doing crazy fitness like insanity or community runs.

        The intensity I'm enduring is pretty insane. From fitness at school to training at home or the gym. The proof of me working really hard are the results and the sweat I drip. I always go home wreaking an soaking from all that sweat.  I remeber the amount sweat I let out during the grouse grind was crazy ! 


     For getting better results and making my time in this class more worth it, I'm planning on getting proper nutrition and sleep for having a better workout and day in general! and I will definitely will be giving my all in every fitness and I'll be enjoying class. No swearing at all.

these last few dayzzz

these last few dayz were pretty cool. the 30 min run felt really good and it was really tiring. also baseball today was pretty funny and fun. the shorties dominated this game. I feel happy after these last few activities in pe were amazing as so was the weather. i hope we dont do the same for when it starts getting really cold outside. lol

beep test

My first beep test was ight i guess, probably due to the fact that i ate right before the run made it a little harder on the stomch while running. i made it to 11.9. im pretty sure i couldve done a few more for sure. but last year my highest beep test at the end was 10.5 so ive improved.

grouse grind 12

i did the grouse grind on sepetmber 18th 2012.  My stomach wasnt feeling to well before the climb but i overcame it and completed the climb to the top in 54 min. It was really killer !
