plan for video

my slides : vid of :
-coming to class when the bell rings
-having my appropriate gym strip with me so that I could be comfortable when I workout
-helping set up the gym like the volleyball nets
-making sure everyone is in class and no one is left in the change room for too long
-help the people who dont understand the activity or fitness what to do
-warming up before workout or runs
-weightlifting
-level where I get uncomfortable on beep test or the last level where i give up on
-doing core excercises
-basketball
-baseball
-sweating
-drinking water
-doing heavy compound excercises: bench press , squats, deadlifts etc
-blogging
-interval training
-showing my parents my blogs
-grouse grind
-snowshoeing field trip
-cleaning up the gym or equipment once done
-passing the ball to the girls so that they get an equal chance at playing
