grouse grind 12

i did the grouse grind on sepetmber 18th 2012.  My stomach wasnt feeling to well before the climb but i overcame it and completed the climb to the top in 54 min. It was really killer !

    Im proud of you for completing the grouse grind even tho i couldnt i wish i had a second chance then i would complete it
