FIRST SIX WEEKS REVIEW

         These first six weeks of p.e have been interesting. most of the activities we've done so far have been challenging and fun. Whether it's giving your all in a beep test to if its climbing an almost 3000 ft mountain ! I have certainly been giving my best so far except for these last couple of days.  probably because i've been feeling a little sick. however i'm feeling good again so it's time to get back on track! I really like doing crazy fitness like insanity or community runs.

        The intensity I'm enduring is pretty insane. From fitness at school to training at home or the gym. The proof of me working really hard are the results and the sweat I drip. I always go home wreaking an soaking from all that sweat.  I remeber the amount sweat I let out during the grouse grind was crazy ! 


     For getting better results and making my time in this class more worth it, I'm planning on getting proper nutrition and sleep for having a better workout and day in general! and I will definitely will be giving my all in every fitness and I'll be enjoying class. No swearing at all.

  1. No swearing? Let's not promise things we can't do. How about less swearing and a little more maturity? You have been working hard and having fun. Now let's get you helping out others too. The tricky part is to balance the silliness and fun with the boys with making sure our whole class is having just as much fun. Meet some new people, get out of your comfort zone and entertain everyone not just your friends. :)
