reflection continued

almost everyday I've arrived to class within the first 15 mins with my proper gym strip and pumped up adrenaline. Fitness days are where i feel like i prosper and excel the most.  especially the days when we're running outside or doing the indoor large gym fitness activities. Despite being side tracked here and there soemtimes I've pretty much put in most of my effort. However the days when  there would be a substitute where we weren't quite doing anything have been somewhat of a struggle for me. considering the fact that it gets boring fast and that most of the students decide to start swearing out loud, ignore the T.O.C and wander off. although i tried to set up a few games here and there and try to tell a few people to tone down the swearing, whereas ive toned my swearing down by a landslide too. With the class, i try to keep a cheerful and enthusiastic attitude. Wtih the other guys my approach is playful and fun as well. I tried to include the girls in the class in the games we played as well. On fitness day most of the boys did there best too ! I put a lot of sweat into most of the days we had gym , especially on fitness days. I just loved the days we'd go on field trips such as the grouse grind. My fitness goal for the rest of the year is to cut up on the fat a bit and continue increasing my strength and have a good cardiovascular system. In my opinion, leadership means the capability of one to do as much as he or she can do keep his or her follow classmates in check and in positivity ! for example, motivating others to push themselves more in the weightroom or even organizing a game.  A couple of people that stand out aside from me in our class is liam and brandon for sure because they  usually help set up the gym, theyre done their work on time and they play very postively in the class! My improvements for next year would be to come to class even more earlier and help out with the teacher a bit more. however i feel like i do deserve not the highest of an A yet a good 86% considering the amount of effort and my positive attitude towards the class !

  1. Perfect. Thanks man. You are super funny and work pretty hard on fitness days too. I encourage you to keep working on your self control and separating yourself from scenarios and behaviour you don't value anymore. :) Remember to be respectful.
